Anna Hazare to go on fast from August 16

It all began at jantar mantar in the month of April when  Anna Hazare, an old man who believes in Gandhiji's values decided to go on fast for the betterment of the people and of the country.It began in jantar mantar and today what we see is a result of his courage. Many social activists are coming up and the people of India have started to believe that we could be freed from corruption.
When Annaji began his fast every person in the  country irrespective of caste, creed, religion came out to support him. Although lakhs of people flew to jantar mantar to show their support to annaji, many other showed their support through digital media, forwarding texts.
What happened after that is history, government came down and agreed to form a committee and it was decided that lokpal bill first draft would be out on or befor 30 June, 2011.

The day the fast ended the country rejoiced with victory. Now almost after 2 months we see that the government which agreed to support the lokpall bill is going to submit its own version of draft  and Annaji with other members of the committee another draft and everyone knows which version of the draft might get passed.

The point of difference came because of many reasons one of the main reason was the inclusion of prime minister and judges under the bill. As Mr. Narayan Murthy rightly said what is the problem when prime minister comes under the scrutiny ?
Congress government should understand that bringing prime minister and judges under the lokpall bill would only strengthen the democracy and not weaken it. But all this allegations and statements made against the members of committee only shows what are the intentions of the government. As a common man I only understood that the government never wanted lokpal bill to come into practise.
So first they accepted the proposal and before it would be implemented it would break the committee formed by annaji and other members.All this allegations only show  the cheap tactis of the government.

To protest against this anna ji is again going on fast from August 16. I hope country will shower more support than it ever did before.

Hi this one is  yet another post based on another forward which I got as a mail. I don't know about the authenticity of  the mail I got but what I really liked about the mail was the message it was trying to send out to the people.
The message is supposed to be written by Hon'able Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

The Solution to control pollution is so simple but even then we don't try :( , just because we don't want to waste some five minutes in restarting the computer we don't switch it off.

I sincerely request everyone to take some time and turn off their computer/Laptops. It makes a difference only if you try to make a difference. We always curse government that they are responsible for the deplorable condition of our country. This is one fine example where it  clearly shows we are cutting the branch on which we are sitting.

Its Ramdev Baba This Time

Surely One can really say that India or more specifically the people of India have gone through really tough times. In a fastest growing economy where we always used to say that  there is corruption, we knew there is corruption. We only had a tongue using which  we always used to  say  politicians are corrupt but deep inside we always knew that they are not the people who are corrupt its us, we people who are corrupt. We elected them and when we need something of very high importance  to happen fast, we were always  the ones who throw money in front of politicians or government officials to get that thing first.

Its us who have polluted the country and as some one rightly said as " jaise beej daloge waise hi fal ayenge " we are leaving in a country where a new scam is disclosed every new season.

Finally it was up to us again to try to make the country a better place to live and surely, all this revolutions would not happened if we would not have faced such bad conditions. Petrol Prices are rising, Inflation is breaking our back, and our hard earned money paid in the form of tax goes to the politicians and guess what it increases the economy of the other country. Yes, I meant billion of dollars lying in foreign lands.

Surely as Mr. Abdul Kalam said young people of the country are the future of the country and still we didnot find anyone who could rise against the corruption. Today when you go out and ask some one do you want to become a politician he will say, I'm not interested.

These were dire times because and one man felt it and right at the age when people retire and go out to leave the rest of their life in peace, he  came out to fight for the country.
We all needed a leader with whom we can stand  and bring down the corruption.

It is because of Mr. Anna Hazare that we are seeing that entire country is coming together to fight against corruption.
He started and gave us a belief that yes there's still hope and this was what we all needed. Now  just like how baba ramdev is going for a satyagraha we will find many future revolutions. The break we all needed.
From today is Baba Ramdev is going for a fast unto death and he is being supported  by the entire country.
Reportedly there are around 1 crore minimum people who are going to fast with him and the number will increase because its the time we all show that its our country and every one has his/her responsibility to keep his/her home clean.
